Ancillary Laboratory Supplies.

Ancillary supplies offered by RemedyX are provided solely for the laboratory and research purposes identified on their respective product pages. Their availability does not alter the Research Use Only status of any RemedyX research material and does not constitute authorization, recommendation, or facilitation of human or veterinary administration. Ancillary supplies may not be used in connection with any prohibited human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or other in-vivo application.

RemedyX does not provide or respond substantively to requests for human or animal dosing, treatment, administration, injection, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other prohibited-use guidance. Such inquiries may result in compliance review, restriction of the purchaser’s account, cancellation of pending orders where appropriate, or refusal of future service.

3. Regulatory Status

Research products offered by RemedyX are not represented or marketed as approved drugs, biologics, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, veterinary products, or therapeutic products.

Regulatory Disclaimer:

RemedyX does not represent any research product offered through this website as FDA-approved, cleared, or otherwise authorized for human or veterinary use. The regulatory status of any separately manufactured drug, biologic, or other product containing or referencing a similar chemical entity does not confer approval, authorization, or clinical status upon a RemedyX research material.

Nothing on the RemedyX website, including product availability, analytical testing, Certificates of Analysis, scientific references, research summaries, or product descriptions, should be interpreted as regulatory approval or authorization for any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other prohibited application.

4. Research Information and Scientific Literature

RemedyX may provide educational materials, scientific references, published research, analytical information, mechanisms studied in laboratory models, or summaries of publicly available scientific literature.

Such information is provided solely for scientific and educational reference.

The inclusion or discussion of published research does not constitute:

  • A medical or therapeutic claim.
  • A recommendation for human or animal use.
  • A representation of safety or efficacy.
  • A dosing or administration recommendation.
  • An endorsement of any clinical protocol.
  • A representation that results observed in research will occur in humans or animals.
  • Authorization for use outside the product's stated research-only purpose.

References to scientific literature are intended to provide context regarding areas in which a compound has been studied and must not be interpreted as directions for use.

Scientific literature, research references, and educational materials are not provided to recommend or suggest the suitability of a RemedyX research product for human or veterinary administration, treatment, diagnosis, or other clinical use.

5. Purchaser Eligibility and Representations

As a condition of sale and company policy, RemedyX requires purchasers to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser represents and acknowledges that:

  • They are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • They are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products in their jurisdiction.
  • Products are being acquired solely for lawful research purposes.
  • They are authorized to make this purchase for legitimate research purposes and will not purchase on behalf of unrelated third parties, resell, redistribute, or transfer these products.
  • They possess, or are acting under the direction of persons possessing, appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and safeguards for handling laboratory research materials.
  • They will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, and other legal requirements.
  • They will not use or knowingly permit products to be used for any prohibited human, animal, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, cosmetic, or veterinary application.
  • They will not market or represent RemedyX products as intended or approved for human or animal use.
  • They accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials after delivery.

At checkout, the purchaser must select the researcher category that best describes the intended purchasing capacity: Academic/University Researcher, Biotech or Pharmaceutical Professional, Contract Research Organization (CRO), Private/Independent Researcher, or Institution/Lab Researcher. This purchaser-provided classification forms part of RemedyX’s purchaser-screening process and must be accompanied by the required Research Use Only certification and Checkout Compliance Acknowledgment before an order may be submitted. The classification does not, by itself, constitute independent verification of professional credentials, institutional affiliation, or licensure. RemedyX may request additional information or documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate research intent, purchaser eligibility, or compliance with this Policy.

Selection of the Private/Independent Researcher category does not waive, reduce, or modify any purchaser-eligibility, research-intent, facility, handling, or Research Use Only requirement and does not independently establish eligibility to purchase.

Checkout Compliance Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and am purchasing solely for lawful research purposes. I acknowledge that all products are strictly for Research Use Only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or personal use. I confirm that I am authorized to make this purchase for legitimate research purposes and will not purchase on behalf of unrelated third parties, resell, redistribute, or transfer these products. I also agree to the Terms & Conditions and Compliance & Research Use Policy and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Products purchased from RemedyX may not be resold, redistributed, transferred, assigned, repackaged, relabeled, or otherwise supplied to any third party. Each purchaser must independently satisfy RemedyX’s purchaser eligibility, Research Use Only, and compliance requirements and purchase directly from RemedyX. Products may not be supplied or transferred for human or animal administration, personal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, cosmetic use, or any other prohibited purpose.

5.1. Checkout Controls and Compliance Evidence

RemedyX uses server-enforced checkout requirements and purchaser declarations to support its Research Use Only restrictions. Purchasers must provide accurate information about their research capacity and complete the research-purpose declarations requested during checkout. Incomplete required declarations or a missing current Checkout Compliance Acknowledgment prevent order submission.

Researcher categories and intended-research selections are purchaser declarations—not independent verification of credentials, institutional affiliation, licensure, or actual product use.

Selecting Private/Independent Researcher does not exempt purchasers from any applicable eligibility, facility, handling, or research-use requirements.

5.2. Signed Acceptance Records

RemedyX cryptographically signs captured checkout acknowledgments to help detect changes to the recorded evidence. The signed record preserves the acknowledgment text, recorded acceptance time, researcher classification, research-purpose declarations collected during checkout, and references to applicable linked policy revisions.

Following successful payment, a separately signed record links the original acknowledgment to the paid order.

Cryptographic verification supports record integrity. It does not independently establish a purchaser’s identity, qualifications, actual use, or whether linked policies were opened or read.

Historical records retain their original evidence status and are not retroactively represented as signed acceptances.

6. Purchaser Responsibility and Legal Compliance

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the acquisition, possession, handling, storage, research use, and disposal of a product is lawful in the purchaser's jurisdiction and appropriate for the purchaser's research environment.

Laws and institutional requirements may vary by location and may change over time.

RemedyX does not represent that every product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, imported, exported, or researched in every jurisdiction.

Purchasers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, institutional approvals, registrations, or other authorizations that may be required for their activities.

7. Quality Testing and Certificates of Analysis

RemedyX may provide batch-specific analytical documentation, including Certificates of Analysis and other third-party laboratory test results.

Depending on the product and batch, RemedyX may obtain independent analytical testing relevant to the identification, characterization, or documentation of the research material. The specific analyses performed and results reported are identified in the applicable laboratory documentation.

Analytical documentation:

  • Applies to the identified batch or tested sample.
  • Reflects results obtained using the identified test method at the time testing was performed.
  • Is provided for laboratory reference, quality verification, and transparency.
  • Does not establish clinical safety or efficacy.
  • Does not establish suitability for human or animal administration.
  • Does not constitute FDA approval, regulatory authorization, or clinical certification.
  • Does not guarantee results in any particular experiment, protocol, research model, or laboratory environment.

Batch-specific analytical results should be interpreted according to the test method, laboratory documentation, reported specifications, and limitations associated with the applicable analysis.

Product characteristics may also be affected after shipment by storage conditions, environmental exposure, contamination, improper handling, or other circumstances outside RemedyX's control.

8. Product Identity, Specifications, and Analytical Claims

Where RemedyX identifies a product by compound identity, quantity, batch, purity result, net-content result, concentration, or other analytical characteristic, the product will be labeled and represented in accordance with the applicable product specifications and available batch-specific analytical documentation.

RemedyX does not knowingly offer, distribute, or ship incorrectly labeled or materially misidentified research chemicals. Product identity and analytical claims are supported by the applicable product labeling, specifications, and batch-specific documentation maintained by RemedyX.

No statement in this Policy is intended to disclaim or contradict an express product description or batch-specific analytical result provided by RemedyX.

Analytical results nevertheless do not constitute a representation that a research material is safe, effective, or appropriate for human or animal use.

Chemical names, research identifiers, abbreviations, CAS numbers, and similar references are provided for identification and research-reference purposes only and do not imply equivalence to an approved drug product, therapeutic status, regulatory approval, or intended human or veterinary use.

9. Laboratory Handling and Storage

Research materials may require specialized handling, storage, environmental controls, protective equipment, or disposal procedures.

Purchasers are responsible for implementing laboratory procedures appropriate for the materials being handled and for reviewing available product-specific information and analytical documentation.

Any handling information supplied by RemedyX is intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes.

It must not be interpreted or adapted as instructions for preparation or administration to a human or animal.

10. Assumption of Responsibility After Delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, purchasers assume responsibility for the lawful possession, handling, storage, research use, and disposal of products following delivery.

RemedyX does not monitor, supervise, direct, or participate in a purchaser's research activities.

RemedyX is not responsible for unauthorized use, misuse, improper storage, improper handling, prohibited downstream use, or modification of products after delivery, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipments are additionally governed by the shipping provisions contained in the RemedyX Terms & Conditions and the shipping terms displayed at checkout.

11. No Endorsement of Unauthorized Use

The sale, availability, possession, or distribution of a RemedyX product does not constitute approval or endorsement of any particular research methodology, clinical application, therapeutic protocol, administration method, treatment regimen, or downstream use.

RemedyX expressly rejects and does not authorize the use of its research products for human or animal administration.

Purchaser conduct inconsistent with the stated research-only intended use is independent of, and not authorized by, RemedyX.

12. Compliance Review and Right to Refuse Service

RemedyX maintains purchaser-screening, transaction-review, and compliance controls designed to restrict access to research products to purchasers representing a lawful research purpose and to identify circumstances indicating prohibited or non-research use.

RemedyX reserves the right, subject to applicable law and its Terms & Conditions, to:

  • Review orders or customer activity.
  • Request additional information or verification.
  • Delay processing while an order is reviewed.
  • Establish quantity or purchasing limitations.
  • Decline or cancel an order.
  • Restrict access to particular products.
  • Suspend or terminate an account.
  • Decline inquiries requesting prohibited-use guidance.
  • Refuse service where circumstances reasonably indicate activity inconsistent with company policy, lawful research use, payment requirements, carrier requirements, or applicable legal obligations.

RemedyX will decline, cancel, place on hold, or refuse fulfillment of an order when information reasonably available to RemedyX indicates that the products are being sought for human or veterinary administration, personal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, cosmetic use, or another prohibited or non-research purpose. RemedyX may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate research intent before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Prohibited-Use Inquiries:

RemedyX may decline, restrict, or cancel transactions involving communications or circumstances that indicate an intention to use research products for human consumption, administration, treatment, diagnosis, or another prohibited application.

Requests or repeated attempts to obtain human or animal dosing, administration, injection, treatment, therapeutic, or other prohibited-use guidance may result in compliance review, cancellation of pending orders where appropriate, account restriction, or refusal of future service.

13. Prohibited Distribution and Misrepresentation

Without limiting the resale, redistribution, and transfer restrictions contained in §5, purchasers may not relabel, advertise, market, distribute, or represent RemedyX research products as:

  • Products intended for human or animal consumption.
  • Therapeutic or diagnostic products.
  • Approved drugs or biologics.
  • Dietary supplements.
  • Medical treatments.
  • Products intended to prevent, diagnose, mitigate, treat, or cure disease.
  • Products intended to alter the structure or function of the human or animal body.

Purchasers and third parties may not use RemedyX branding, product documentation, Certificates of Analysis, testing information, or other materials in a manner that falsely implies clinical suitability, regulatory approval, or authorization for human or animal use.

14. No Professional, Clinical, Fiduciary, or Agency Relationship

The purchase of a RemedyX product, creation of an account, or interaction with customer support does not create a healthcare-provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client, fiduciary, agency, advisory, or other professional relationship between RemedyX and the purchaser. Customer support does not constitute healthcare, medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or professional advisory services.

No affiliate, referral, sponsorship, collaboration, promotional relationship, or commercial partnership involving RemedyX alters the Research Use Only status of RemedyX products or authorizes their use in human or veterinary administration, IV services, wellness services, clinical care, therapeutic services, diagnosis, treatment, or any other prohibited application.

15. Enforcement of This Policy

Failure to comply with this Policy may constitute a violation of the RemedyX Terms & Conditions and may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future service, or other action RemedyX determines appropriate and lawful.

RemedyX reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of its research-only distribution model.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right, obligation, remedy, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Compliance & Research Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the RemedyX Terms & Conditions.

The Compliance & Research Use Policy and Terms & Conditions should be read together.

If a provision of this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Policy Updates

RemedyX may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in company practices, products, legal requirements, regulatory guidance, or compliance standards.

The version posted on the RemedyX website at the time of a transaction will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
